Perpetual Plan renewal missing from account

Just went to look when my license needed renewing and was greeted with this. No option to renew even though there was a "warning" about expiring soon. Very confused as to what to do.

Never had this problem before, as I've managed to renew this way every year for years.

Used both Safari and Opera just to see if there was a browser problem, but get the same situation using both.

No I don't have a code as I'm not looking to update my plan, just the option to renew my perpetual license on a yearly basis. There was always an extra window with a dropdown menu which allowed you to choose what you wanted to do. Anyway i've opened case and had a reply saying its a problem Avids end not mine.
