Default Arturia users beware

Beware the Arturia Support Center s/w is mucked up. It self-updates on startup and there's nothing you can do; if you stop it it quits but on next startup it wants to update again. The issue is the latest update shows several V Collection 4 instruments as not installed even if they are installed. Supposedly this ASC update was so that this didn't happen in ElCrapitan and Sierra but apparently they buggered it up as I've seen several others Mac users still having the problem in Sierra.

I am on Yosemite , and I contacted Arturia Support regarding this problem .., and they confirmed that I was not the only one to suffer this , with the issue unfortunately being across the board

This is why they're not getting any more of my money. And it's sad because I love the Arturia stuff - the two Moogs and the CS80 were my first synths from them going back a decade or more.

Is this just a V4 issue?
I upgraded everything yesterday and not seeing this behavior with my installed V5 collection on Yosemite.

What ASC says is certain VC4 synths are not installed; any installed VC5 synths that are installed show as installed.

Okay, thanks.
After doing the upgrade Labs 2 isn't recognized as a valid AAX plug but I can survive without it till they fix the issue.

those installed V4 synths are fine .., its just the support centre thats playing up. Other than that I am still happy with most of Arturias synths sound capabilities , and I really like the new uniform preset browsers in V5

But the letdown had been their support centre app. It's been mostly slow and buggy on my system , and most versions always forget my password after I click remember my password.

This is how slow it is .., If I begin with opening arturia support centre and while waiting for the app to acknowledge there are no updates available .., Ive then opened and completed my update search on Toontracks update app , then opened N.I's and got the OK , and then checked and macs App store and got the ok .., and then after all these have finished .., the arturia nets a result

Still I shouldn't really complain .., at least it is better than the old method to retrieve updates , at least they bothered to create an app

I'm still on El Capitan & I have not experienced this.
Mine are functioning well.

Functioning of the synths themselves is NOT the issue but what ASC shows for the VCollection 4 synths. Arturia screwed the pooch on this one big time.
