How to make Pro Ultimate Trial disappear
Hi! I downloaded a trial for Pro Tools Ultimate by accident before purchasing a Pro Tools Studio license. Now I can't get through to using my purchased license because it's asking me to activate the Ultimate version, which I'm not interested in using. The Ultimate version cannot be removed through AVID Link nor iLok license manager. Can an Avid support team member please help in this situation and remove the Ultimate trial from my account? I just want to use the product I purchased, but can't through to it.
PS. If I just press "skip" on the activation key to Ultimate, it comes up with an error message for every single plug-in I don't have, so I can literally not get through. I really hope someone can help. Thanks in advance, assistance would be much appreciated! All the best, Lars
