Default Scroll to track? (right click/opt cmd f)

I know people have talked a lot about the Auto-bank to selected track feature and its working/non-working state, but I can't seem to find anything about good ol' scroll to track. Working on older Digi surfaces (Control 24, etc), I could always use right click on a track, or opt+cmd+f to scroll my session and controller to a particular channel. For some reason, I can't get this to work at all with my Artist Mix. Am I doing something wrong? I hope it still works.

Doesn't the Artist Mix scrolls to the selected channel?

That would be the "Auto-bank" function - but it gets kind of annoying if I'm jumping around a session quite a bit, and depending on the position of the track, doesn't always seem to work that well.

When I select a track in PT the Artist Mix jumps, to the channel, however when I select in Artist Mix, PT don't jump anywhere. I hope Auto-Bank will be fixed in PT 12.x...
However I didn't remember what happened with the Scroll to track function, I used with Artist Transport but I don't remember the behavior of the unit. Gonna give it a try tonight!

Are you using an Artist Transport with your mix? What are you using as a "scroll wheel?"

since PT12.0 the PT mix window follows the Artist selection. you have to set it up in preferences...

My trackball - it has a giant scroll ring on it.

Is it posible to assign the mouse wheel function to the Avid Transport? (In PT)
