xpand2 taking hours to download!?!? is this normal ? please help!

so i just got protools 12 and i went to get the xpand2 off avids products page and it has been downloading for like 2 or 3 hours now. my computer i know is plenty powerful so I'm starting to wonder and worry a bit.... is this normal because xpand is so big or is my file corrupt or something? is has been frozen at the last couple mm of the progress bar but it says it's still downloading and isn't paused or anything simple like that. this may be a dumb dumb question, but I'm new to this sort of thing so any help would be appreciated!

You might try a different browser:. On my machines, sometimes something drags in Chrome, but loads fine in Firefox(or vice versa).
