Activating ILOK
A day ago I accidentally pulled out my ilok by mistake. I then attempted to open up one of my projects and was prompted to activated my ilok by inputting my username and password. After I inserted my username and password I was notified "you don't have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses there have activations available. You do not have any pending deliveries for the license(s) you need to authorize the software. You may need to visit the Avid web site to get a license deposited to your account." Does anyone know what how to solve this problem? It's been two years since I installed protools so I don't see why it's claiming that I don't have a license to open up the software. Please tell me how I can fix this problem. Thank you

Start an RMA with ilok, they investigate and make a judgment

Forgive the obvious question... you plugged the iLok back in?
Is it recognized by iLok License Manager? I believe I found your account, but it shows a Pro Tools 10/11 bundle and you are posting in the Pro Tools 12 section. What version of Pro Tools is installed, and (if you have another account) what's the name of the license/bundle on your iLok?

And if you're on Windows, you may need to reinstall the iLok drivers as, if you take it out of one USB port and then put it in another, Windows may not see it.
