Default How do I use support?

Hello,

I'm trying to use my support included in my subscription, but can't figure it out.

I have: PT HD ExpertPlus Support

What does this entitle me to, and how do I use it? So far I have only been able to use the support portal where I enter my information and wait for someone to email me back. Which usually takes 2-3 days, I figured since my support is 'Expert Plus' perhaps I am doing it wrong?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the link, but I have spent the last hour searching through that labyrinth. Hence why I posted on this forum.

I'm just mainly trying to figure out what I get access to, because it doesn't seem HD owners don't get access to the ASC. Supposedly I should have an ASC code, but I have no idea where that is.

I checked your cases... some were webstore, others used the system ID for your Standard or Edu products, but all got an initial response within a day.

To use your ExpertPlus Support, call the # for your region using the System ID from your Pro Tools | HD Annual Upgrade and Support Plan in your Avid account > My Products and Subscriptions. If starting a case online (Access the Support Center in your Avid account) please click Equipment then Create A Case for your ExpertPlus plan.
