Can't activate PT12 subscription on iLok2 - HELP
When I try to open my PT12 subscription, it goes to iLok sign-in but when I enter the correct sign-in, it says there are no licenses.
I did it backwards in that I installed PT12 (on my old iLok) but now I purchased an iLok 2. How do I get the license on the new iLok? Thanks in advance. (Everything was working on my old system until I mistakingly updated to el capitan - now trying to get the new stuff to work)
