Default Omnisphere and Stylus RMX: sounds are playing back "glitchy"

I'm running Onmi and Stylus as multis, with separate outputs assigned.
For some reason when I print (even if I print each track separately) the sounds get distorted.
When I just play MIDI, I notice something weird too when I release the key, or stop playing back. The best way I can describe it is "delayed glitchy sounds".

I've tried removing the plug-ins, restarting, etc.. And it's still happening. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks
~Sylvie
