Default Change MBP and OSX? Which steps?

Hi Guys,
i am very happy working w/PT 7.3.x on 10.4.x on a MBP throu a Digi002 Rack.
Now since i use my MBP for other applications also theres need for a newer faster one w/Leopard or Snow leopard on it.

Which steps do i have to do when i change the hardware complete?
how about all the factorybundle plugins?
how about stylus RMX?

at which point do i have to start? what do i have to buy?

thx for your help in advance

greetings
auge
