Default TL Space - Can\'t install TLS IR-packages

Hi,
I just bought TL-space, but I can't seem to install any additional IR-packages. The pre-installed IRs work fine. I'm quite sure I follow the right procedure: Install TL-space, download IR-packages from digi's website, select 'install IR package' from TL-Space's menu, select a TLS file (TLspace nicely displays a file list for the TLS), click install. When I click the install button, nothing happens. No error message, nothing. The install box just disappears and installs nothing.

Anyone seen this happening and has a solution?

(WindowsXP, Mbox2, PTLE 7.3cs3)

It seems there's a problem with the 7.4 IR installer - we're looking into it.

For now, the workaround is:

Uninstall Version 7.4
Download Version 1.1.2r6
Install your IRs
Uninstall v1.1.2r6
Reinstall 7.4

Brilliant! Worked a treat. Thanks for the reply...

Anyone know if there's a smart way to import a load of tls files at once rather than one by one, like what I resorted to?

Cheers,
Steve.

Hello

What about the images of the standard IR package that came with the Music Toolkit? I installed it and everything went fine but I cannot see the pictures of the acoustic spaces sampled...I tried to drop a .jpeg file in each folder but it doesn't work; I did the same thing with the imported impulses, and the images load up fine...where's the trick?

Thank You

L.G.

Any news on the buggo 7.4 installer yet?

After the update TL Space is now eating my CPU for lunch.

Hello,

Even doing the workaround I still have the same message "One or more files were not written. Please check log for errors".

What can I do to get those packages installed ?

Thanks

For that I have the answer... First You'll have to extend the window's Plug by pushing the >> symbol. Click on edit (hold) ==> import other IR folder. Choose the folder where the Ir are installed (Program files\common files\Trilliumlane\Tlspace\impulse response) Then you'll see the photos with your selected IR. Plus you'll have now much more presets. Take a look by yourself ..
