Digi 002 Mic Preamp Expansion
I just purchase a 002 and am now finding limitations with the number of mic preamps available (i.e. not enough to mic a drum kit). Is there an expansion option to add more mic preamps to the 002 or the the PT 5.3.1 which came with 002?

No, but there are several two- and four-channel preams you can add to use with the additional four analog inputs on the 002, and there are also several 8-channel preamps with ADAT optical outputs available (the Focusrite Octopre and the Presonus Digimax come to mind first) it you need more than eight.
