New ilok 3 - all subscriptions not working! Help please

Hello all,

I bought the new iLok3. But have a huge problem right now.

1. I registered the new ilok on my ilok account.
2. Moved all my authorisation (172) from my old ilok 2 to the new ilok 3.
3. All my subscriptions stopped working (Slate Digital, Kush audio, SlyFi and Relab)
4. Tried do move them back to ilok 2 - still does not work
5. Installed the latest ilok manager - still does not work
6. Installed some of the plugins again - still does not work
7. Tried to “refresh” auth but I get an error "this subscription cannot be refreshed at this time. The license has activations on locations that are not connected".

All other plugins are working but non of the subscription are… I just can’t believe this is happening!

I NEED to have this working tomorrow ASAP. We are a big studio here. Can’t have downtime. That’s why I made this changes today (Sunday).

One thing I just notice. When I launch the ilok manager it says my ilok 3 has only 126 auth (should be 172) and does not show any of my subscription auth there. But as soon as I sign in it shows all 172 with the subscriptions on there.

After 5 restarts of the computer almost all the auth just appeared on the ilok and worked. Just missing Relab now but I can live without it.

Do any of those subscriptions depend on being online?
I assume you're running the latest ILM s/w.
