Pro Tools keeps Failing

I am trying to install Pro Tools on my Intel Mac Pro Version 1,1...Im trying to install Pro Tools but it wont install, I have a Digi 003 and I downloaded the Digi drivers, I dont know why its saying I have to reinstall Pro Tools...maybe I need to update to 8.0.3? But when I try to download the 8.0.3 dmg file it freezes, I dont know whats going on
