Continuing "error" message when registering MBox(3)
When attempting to reg new MBox (3) an "error" message pops up and all the previously filled in fields are cleared. All the info is correct, but for some reason it won't stick. Online support from Avid has taken four days to actually find somewhere to send an email to, then register as a user, and register again for support... then register for the forum...........What a joke. What happened to the days when you click one buttun to send an email to tech support? Anyway, any ideas?
