Avid Control App (Android)

Hello all. First time post. I downloaded / installed the Avid Control app from the Google Play store. I did this on both my Samsung Android tablet and my Samsung Galaxy S9.

I can never get past the Zip Code field when when filling in my personal information (name, street address, etc.) It keeps taking me back to the info screen where I see an exclamation mark to the right of that field. I tried every combo possible. Nothing doing. Thank you

It means if your post goes for manual approval, nobody except moderators can see it until approved.

You can try to open an Avid account online https://my.avid.com/shop/EComOrientation/SignUp
and then just enter your username in the Control App

Thank you for chiming in. Much appreciated. I have had an Avid account for a while now. The issue seems to have been resolved by simply adding a space in the postal code entry eg. X7X 7X7 vs X7X7X7. Which by the way, I tried a dozen times if not more and didn't work. Go figure!

If you have an Avid account already you dont need to enter your address...just your current username and password.

I am setting it up on my Samsung mobile device. As soon as I enter my Avid U/N and P/W I am taken to the next screen where I am asked to input my personal info (address, phone#, etc.) I do not see any way of getting around that screen. In any case, I seem to have completed the setup and have successfully accessed both PT and Cubase on a remote PC. Thank you for you input. Much appreciated

I also downloaded the app to my Android Samsung tablet and mobile. After signing in with my Avid username and password the app opens on the mixer screen but I cannot do anything with it.
