001 ProTools with Metric Halo MIO

Hey Digi folks:
I am entering a formal request that you enable us to work with the Metric Halo MIO firewire box. Have you any plans to do so? Anyone else like to see this?
I just got one after seeing it at AES.

There are no plans for us to support the Mobile I/O with either PT LE or TDM.

-Their website states that Sound Manager drivers are available. Therefore, you may use it with PT Free (but you will probably have limited usage of its I/O capabilities).

Ha! How about DP3? The Mio is an incredible unit that will never work directly with PT. Switch to DP3 and use OMF for PT conversion.

Thanks for your replies. I want to stay away from Sound Mangler and I don't fancy spending the $$ on DP3 just for this box when I use PT all the time. Metric Halo is coming up with a "recording studio" environment to do tracking, then I can import into PT. It's just not here yet.
