Avid Account Activated The Wrong License!

Hey, I just purchased an upgrade for my Pro tools Studio 2023.12 and tried to redeem it at the Avid web sight and it gave me two choices for license activation and I choose the perpetual Studio license. When I went to check my product in the account it had upgraded the wrong license. They really should leave the old licenses with the old name so there won't be any confusion. It gave me two choices. One said perpetual Studio and the other was something I did not recognize. It was just letters. like I said I choose the Studio Perpetual License. This is so frustrating! I opened a case with support but I have work to do. I forgot to mention I purchased the license from SweetWater and used the activation code at the Avid Web-sight. I know some of you Administrator are around. If you could help things along I would greatly appreciate it.

I've alerted the licensing team and this should be fixed soon. I've deposited a temporary license in your iLok account z****57. You should be able to activate and use it while your Pro Tools Studio Perpetual product is being fixed.
You can activate this by opening your iLok License Manager App and sign in with your iLok ID, then right click on the new license for you to activate.
