Default Error 9131 - ProTools 6.4

Hello,
(sorry for my bad English)
I can't playback/record on PT6.4.1 (G4 1.25GHz, 1.25GB RAM with 1 mix card and 888). I formatted disk using DiskUtility on newer mac (because G4 doesn't support FAT in DiskUtility) and created 2 partitions: HFS Journaled 430GB and FAT 31GB. I set HFS partition to Record&Playback, all permisions are Read&Write. It works on PT8 without any problems. On PT6.4, when I load session and hit Play, this error occurs.
When I verify disk (HFS partition on G4) with DiskUtility there's 1 error "Invalid B-tree Header", but I noticed that it is typical, when I use disk formatted on newer mac. But I formatted this partition on G4 and there's no error, but PT6.4 still shows me 9131, when I try to play something.
When whole disk was formatted to one partition of HFS Journaled, it was working on both PT. I want to have FAT partition for exchange (and don't want to buy "HFS readers" for Windows).

It's an external drive (Seagate) connected via FireWire 400, but I don't think it's a problem, becase it was working fine with one partition HFS+.

No FAT.

Just HFS.

Pro Tools is a pro app. Treat it like such.

It's stupid. I understand that PT6.4 is more pro than PT8?

Dude are you kidding me, PT is already version 9.0, do you have an idea of how many years behind technology, system improvements and new features you are?
