Default New HD user, former LE user

I upgraded from PT LE to HD 2 yesterday, I can't express how happy and satisfied I am with my new system, no crash, no issues, running sessions with a lot tracks loaded with plug ins, also ADC with is already making a huge difference over my mixes. Been a previous LE user, now I understand the frustrations of the past, I used to run PT LE + Complete Music Production Kit, but the overall tracks sounds much better in HD.

WELL YOU JUST WENT AND DID IT.... don't you know you NEVER say how good a system is running even though it is???? NOW you brought out allll the bad "juju" and who knows what is going to go wrong now!!! LOL Seriously though, congrats! While PTLE is still an absolutely amazing DAW platform, there really is a significant difference (okay, many) between PTLE and a PTHD system!

A few years ago at my church I walked into the video studio and said "Wow, everything is running great today" and I kid you not....within 40-seconds or so..... ProToolsHD locked up (it was on a Windows box at the time), we had a video camera freak out, the overall house clock went out, and to top it all off we had a quick power outage at the very end. LOL

Nothing happens by mistake in God's kingdom.

My old signature line applies here this morning.

I used to buy into the old adage:

"If you wanna hear God laugh, tell him your plans."

I changed my mind about that. It just didn't ring true to me.

So I reworded it to steer my consciousness
into a place of more enlightened expanded Truth:

"With God as my partner, I need to make my plans LARGER!"

This works. That said. Marcio, glad you are here!

I hope your new HD rig helps your realize your creations to a higher level and you find much joy and happiness and if you have a bad apple day on your rig you will tap into the guys here who are more than willing to help when they can.

Glad to see Brad in back here as well with his new sig line as well.

That's you're problem right there . . . switch to a Mac and all the problems you listed would go away including all problems you experience elsewhere, plus you'd look cooler, too.
