protools 12 where is licence?

I downloaded and installed 12 from my avid account which says iLok id: hurley 07/21/15
Licenses: Pro Tools 10/11/12 (NT) but when I try to open it says I dont have have any licenses in my account or none there have activations. You do not have pending deliveries for the license. You need to authorise the software. How do I get my licence?

Have you downloaded the licences to your ilok? Also you will need your ilok with the license to be connected to the computer before launching protools.

I don't see any problem with your Pro tools license? Do you have any screenshot of the error message?
