Default "Access violation" message SN 10.6.4

Hello, I have "an access violation has occurred" message when I work with midi regions, for example, (not all the time but too much for me) when I add or try to delete or just change a midi controller (cc1 , cc9 etc) is very common to get this error.
I used PT 8.04 LE (003) snow leopard 10.6.4 (x64)
I try moving all my plugins to another folder and deleting the preferences etc, but nothing change...
I followed the digi tips also for working in mac but nothing....

HELP
