How to renew S6 support contract?

We are currently offering the S6 software only as part of the support contract for the MTM module which it runs on. But I do understand that some customers may wish to buy only a software support plan however this is not available at this time.

Regarding pricing, please consider that PT HD software support plans are currently $599 1st year/$399 renewal and have a significantly larger customer base funding the development. I think you'd agree that the feature development for S6 has been very prolific and at a little over US$1K including full MTM hardware support w/ advanced replacement on a module that is well over $10K, I think it is a quite a good value considering the resources the software dev and support require.

The PT/S6 support bundle idea is a good one as long as the logistics don't get too complicated for systems that were bought at different times and on overlapping support timelines. Thanks again for the feedback, we are listening.

But i agree with the fact that the price isn't advertise anywhere.

I'm too a little chocked of the price, (specially for me with a 8 faders only).

It's a S3 every 3 years ..
