" Not responding" msg in win7 while starting pro tools v9

i have the Same problem every time when i starting open the pro tools v 9 ;

it`s taKe mabye 1 TO 2 minute to open - and gives msg ( )

my motherbord in GIGABYTE INTEL(R) CORE(TM) I7 CPU 960 @3.20GHz

RAM 12 GB 64 OPERATION SYSTEM WIN7 SP1 RME fireFace ufx

SO I DONT I HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH MY PC

when i Open the program pro tools , I get the message 'Not responding" so my screen Freeze for 1- 2 minute ,

i`m using a legal and not cracked programs.

i dont know what to do ! and . What is the problem for that freez

and also it`s happen when i ant to put any plugis >> 00
