Default Mbox2 and Triton Studio compatibility

I want to record sequences from my Triton Studio into PT. My Mbox2 only has 2 inputs, so I’ll need to make a couple of passes. Is there a way to slave the Triton to the Mbox2 and control the sequencer?

Thank you

Enable Pro Tools to send MIDI Time Code and the Triton to sync to it. You should also have their clocks sync'ed - typically by connecting an SPDIF cable from the Mbox 2 to the Triton and setting the Triton to clock to Pro Tools.

You can find information on synchronization in the Reference Guide, which is under the Help menu in Pro Tools.

Still no luck.
I set the midi clock to external for the triton and i set up the triton in the midi studio set up in LE 7.3 and when I hit the start button in pt it doesn't trigger the sequencer.

Do you have Pro Tools set to send MIDI Time Code or MIDI Beat Clock?
