Mbox2 and Triton Studio compatibility
I want to record sequences from my Triton Studio into PT. My Mbox2 only has 2 inputs, so I’ll need to make a couple of passes. Is there a way to slave the Triton to the Mbox2 and control the sequencer?
Thank you |

Re: Mbox2 and Triton Studio compatibility
Enable Pro Tools to send MIDI Time Code and the Triton to sync to it. You should also have their clocks sync'ed - typically by connecting an SPDIF cable from the Mbox 2 to the Triton and setting the Triton to clock to Pro Tools.
You can find information on synchronization in the Reference Guide, which is under the Help menu in Pro Tools. |

Re: Mbox2 and Triton Studio compatibility
Still no luck.
I set the midi clock to external for the triton and i set up the triton in the midi studio set up in LE 7.3 and when I hit the start button in pt it doesn't trigger the sequencer. |

Re: Mbox2 and Triton Studio compatibility
Do you have Pro Tools set to send MIDI Time Code or MIDI Beat Clock?
