7.3.1cs3 Incorrect Peak Over Metering

Has anyone else noticed that it's possible to hit 0.0dbfs on a channel without lighting the red clip light with 7.3.1cs3? There is definitely something up with that, this has only happened since I've updated from 7.2 to 7.3.1cs3. Can anyone else verify this? Also I've been getting buggy ADC readings sometimes which has caused timing discrepancy's until I quit Pro Tools & re-open the session, it's a bit random & seems to be buggy with RTAS plugs in particular.

Hi Matt,

I'm on 7.3.1cs3 and my meters clip on 0.0dbfs I've got 10 tracks in he session that have all been mastered and are right on 0.0 they'r all clipping red.

Are these tracks with or without plugins on?
