depends on a lot of things
design of the circuit- in some units it won't make a difference condition of the old tubs- are they bad or of poor quality quality of the new tubs

it has more to do w/ the manufacture that the model
NOS US tubes verses cheap low quality ones if the 610 is not noisy then I don't think you'll gain much
