Default Control 24 Faders not a unity

I just got a Control 24. I noticed that the faders on the Protools screen say zero. On the Control 24 the faders are a little below the unity line. Is there away to align the faders to match whats in Protools. Is there some form of Fader calibrations. When I doa fader test in the untilties menu the faders go from zero to just below unity line.

So far as I know this can't be calibrated. It is slightly annoying.

You want to see something funny.

Make a group with all faders. Then move 1 fader slowly from top to bottom.
Watch in amazement as different faders all move at different rates. At around the middle they are +/- 5dB.

Obviously these faders aren't calibrated in any way.

Hi,
It is normal for the faders on the Control|24 to vary from the silk screen and each other by a small amount and you are correct that there is no way to calibrate this. When you make a group of tracks they maintain relative levels so if there are small differences between faders position’s the will grow larger as you turn the group up. This can look weird but it the way it should work. You will see the same thing in the faders on the screen. If you reduce the gain on all channels to minus infinity before you create the group they should move together.

Thanks,
