Default Clicking in other channels from generated click.

When I record or play to click generated by pro tools, I see and here a small amount of electronic clicking in some of the other channels. If I am in low latency monitoring it goes away. Is there any way to record with my verb and Amplitube plugins without hearing this clicking on top of my click? Is tis just part of having LE instead of TDM or HD?

I am using PT LE 7.1
PowerMac G5 dual 2.3
2.5 gig ram
256 buffer
1 processor for rtas
