I can confirm Slate VTM and VCC doesn't work in BlueCat. The meters are working but no change in sound when fiddled with

Dunno why and I miss them both like crazy

Best Regards

I just upgraded to Pro Tools HD Native 11 and I am running the following VST plugins in Blue Cat PatchWork: Kush, Massey CT5, Lexicon PCM Native Reverbs, Relab LX480, The Glue. All the VST64 ones I've tried work great......quick and easy to use, no problems.

The only plugin that has not worked is GSi VB3 (a VST32 plugin) which I tried wrapping in jBridgeM to perform the 32/64-bit bridging. This has worked for other VST32 plugins, but not with VB3. Apparently something unique to VB3.

Anyway, PatchWork works great for me. And no more CPU overload issues with PT11.
So, in my case, PT11 and PatchWork have been huge pluses.

They posted today on their Facebook page. UBK-1 is 4 to 5 weeks away from delivery if all goes well. This has been a very long wait. I wish we could get more information as it feels we have been in the dark for a while.

Best,

Scott

I'm looking forward to it. Lack of 64-bit AAX was the only reason I didn't pick up both Kush plug-ins last month. Hopefully DSP is released at the same time as native.

I guess it hasn't gone quite as well as they'd hoped. :-(

Looking forward to UBK-1 64 bit AAX, my last AAX gap.

I have a feeling we'll see it around the time Pusher is released.

I've stopped having feelings. The news that Pusher will be all formats except AAX2 first and then circle back to AAX2 was a little sad.

If this is the way forward this is a big problem for avid to solve. Kush and Slate are making great products that the flagship can't use and when the flagship systems do get the product it's last in the pipeline.

Not blaming Kush or Slate or Avid but it's a problem that needs to be solved.

The strange timing of all of this has really gotten Waves out of a bind. I'm really happy with some of the new modeling products. They have gotten me through the long winter with no UBK or Clariphonic.

Good luck to you all and happy mixing,

Scott

I didn't see this. I subscribed to the newsletter, but I've never received one. Got a link?

Sorry I don't. I too have not received any news letters. I think I read that in a GS forum about the release timing of Pusher. I could be wrong. That would be great!
