Default Couple questions from new Pro Tools user

So please bare with me...

When zooming in close and tabbing forward to each cut, how can you go backwards without zooming out?

I thought I read somewhere Pro Tools LE had 36 internal busses, but when I open Pro Tools I only have 16

Pro Tools 7 and above feature 32 internal busses. If you're using an earlier version, it's only 16. If you're using 7 or above, and you still only have 16, you need to open your I/O Setup and set teh busses to the default value.
