Default Bad data Midi chunk?

I have a protools session that will not open because it sayd "bad data encountered while translating Midi Chunk list" I'm runing 6.1 on mac OS 10 on a G4 and a digi 002. This is an important session to me and I was wondering if anyone knew how to open the session because it comes up everytime and wont open at all.Thanks
