Seriously Digi... you need to EDUCATE YOUR STAFF
Digi folks... i am embarrased on your behalf at how little your staff know your product line, and the information contained on your website.
I've been trying for 2 days to upgrade my DVTK2 + MPTK2 to the CPTK, as per your website that states that there is a "Special upgrade price" for those who own both TK's. NOT ONE PERSON that i have spoken to via email or phone had ANY CLUE as to what i was talking about... Please take a minute to read this thread: http://duc.digidesign.com/showthread.php?t=258701 I wasted 15 minutes on an international phone call because your team didn't know a thing. The sad thing is, I'm not the only one who has experienced this.
