Default BFD users

I am using BFD ALL in my sessions set up as spkguitar and the sample .ptf provided by fxpansion's site, [where the inst. track is the overheads, then seperate aux tracks for everything]. I just wondered of you who are also setting up their BFD, how are you setting up your levels in the BFD RTAS ( overhead, pzm's etc)????????

Hi,
saw your post about BFD.
I finally managed to find out that my ignition pack actually comes with grooves and I'm able to audition those.
Just have got some difficulties creating an actual drumpart in my track.
Is it a matter of dragging parts and bars into the track window in PT or do you press rec and then turn the drummachine on?
I read the BFD manual inside out but can;t seem to figure it out.
In other words, I haven't got a clue how to use bfd to create drum tracks.
Is there another manual or video available on the web?

You have checked out the BFD Tutorials on their website?

Hi jamiec

You should be able to make something out of spkguitar's 'How to...' guide. The link is posted on this thread. I myself would happily give you a step by step, but I don't own BFD, yet! Sorry.
