Default shortcut for "view all tracks and regions"?

hi all,
i'm back to pro tools after a 4 yr hiatus, and everything is going very smoothly, except i cannot remember one of my favorite commands.

it was something like "show all tracks and regions in edit window"

it would show the tracks and regions in their entirety from beginning to the end of session.

i found the "option+a" command that vertical zooms to show all tracks, but i still have to scroll up or down to see some of them.

how can i get the edit window to show all active tracks and regions without having to scroll?

any ideas?

thanks.

actually thats the command i cant get to work alt+a" (same as "option+a" right?).
when i "option+a" i still have to scroll vertically to see all of my tracks if i have a track heavy session. i need a command that shows the full tracks/regions of the session both horizontally and vertically.

i'm on a macbook pro if that helps.

I know how to do it in 2 steps...
control+option+command+up arrow for the vertical, then...
double click on the zoom tool for the horizontal.
