Elastic Audio: Pro Tools M-Powered ver 9.05 Windows 7 64 bit
I am trying to utilize elastic audio but when I try to open up my Pro Tools Browser it is not enabled? Any wisdom would be appreciated.

It gets enabled directly on audio tracks in the edit window. Have you ever used it before? If not, search youtube for some tutorials(youtube is a great resource)
