Default Xpand2 Loops question

I recently have been messing around with the preset loops in xpand2 I had no idea how cool some of them are and I have been making some instrumentals with them, but before I get to into them I wanted to know what the rules are to using the loops as far as selling goes. Is a pro tools owner aloud to make music with these loops and then sell them or not? thanks

Default Re: Xpand2 Loops question

Yes, you can make music from them, royalty free.

What you can't do is use them either alone or in combination with other AIR products libraries and re-sell them as samples. So - no directly derivative works, but using them as part of a production is fine.
