Default I own Space but it says it's going to expire today
Hello, My Space plugin is saying that my subscription expires today April 4th at 7:00pm? I bought the TL Space plug In on my own on March 21, 2010. Then from Digidesign to AVID there is a note on the AVID web site "Got TL Space (TDM) or TL Space Native? Your upgrade to Space (AAX DSP/Native) is on us—find installers for your free upgrade in your Avid Account" I don't have Space in my AVID account but I do have the Space in my iLok account and it says expires "Never" so I'M not sure what the deal is here but I hope at 7:00pm my Space doesn't stop working, AVID/Moderators please HELP, Thank you

Sounds like you have Space 12.1 installed and you have a Pro Tools Plan subscription license which is expiring (that authorizes the version of Space provided with your Upgrade/Plugins Plan). You also have a perpetual Space (AAX/RTAS) license that will authorize the version of Space downloaded from its product page.

You can either renew the "Plug-ins and Support Plan" option with the Pro Tools product in your Avid account -or- remove Space 12.1 and install Space 12.0.

I remove Space 12.1 and install Space 12.0. and its working fine now, Thank you.... I still wonder how I was able to access Space 12.1 and download it?

Space has expired for me also. Downloaded Space from my products and installed and its still saying its expired. Renewed both pro tools and the plugins a week ago and the new licenses have yet to show in the ilok manager. Protools still works but I'm trying to complete a project and need space to work. This really should have been seamless....

I synced my iLok, refreshed Pro Tools Plan (which is greyed out) and get a Subscription Refresh box which says "Renewal is pending for the following licences" and lists Pro Tools Plan Avid, Exp Date 1/4/2016, Period 1 Year, Refresh After 30/3/2016

The same problem here.

And I also synced my iLok, refreshed Pro Tools Plan (which is greyed out) and get a Subscription Refresh box which says "Renewal is pending for the following licences" and lists Pro Tools Plan Avid, Exp Date 1/4/2016, Period 1 Year, Refresh After 30/3/2016...
