Changing my Master Account Email address

Hi,
Does anyone know how I can change the email address associated with my AVID Master Account?
I can change may password, but am trying to get my login to use a different email address.

It seems that I can't find a phone number to call other than using a 'support ticket' (which I don't have).

Anyone?....
