Default csadmin

Merry Christmas (to where applicable)!

I am trying to upgrade from PTLE 7 to 7.3 but there seems to be a problem with my registration. I have sent 2 e-mails to CS Admin (the first one on the 20/12) and have not got any reply at all. Is [email protected] working? How long do they take to reply?

Did you get the automated reply? It states that they usually reply inabout three business days. Given the holidays and the additional volume of service calls for a new release of Protools, that time may be longer. Are you saying you couldn't register your product or that you have registered but not received your uprade notification? It took me about 1 month before I got the upgrade notification but I was told that this was due to an error in the process for Mbox 2 Mini's only. I would try calling them.

I emailed CSADMIN over 2 weeks ago & got an automated reply saying approx 3 days to respond. That was the last I heard from them. So I called them today & sat on hold for 25 mins before I gave up. I am just trying to transfer an M-box2 to my name. But here is a bump for both of our causes.

Oh BTW, there is a recorded message while you are on hold saying something about upgrading from 7.0 and emails being sent out... you might want to call and give that a listen

Still no email from them today - it was sent from the same email address as in my profile, csadmin guys. thanks

No reply for me as well.

My problem is that i bought PTLE 6.4 (Digi002) two years ago. Last year, I upgraded to PTLE 7.0 (PRO TOOLS LE 7 UG PLUS). I had followed the registration process. Now, when I tried to buy the PTLE 7.0 -> 7.3 upgrade, the web store says that I am a 6.9 registered user, so I can not get the discount. I took my registration card (of PTLE 7.0) and tried to re-registered it, but the system responds that the ID of the card is already in use (which is normal, since I registered last year).

However, why am I not a PTLE 7.0 user?

Also, where can I see a summary of my registrations?

Well they just got back to me & apologized saying that their email volume has been very high
due to the new PTLE release. Guess you should be hearing from them soon as well.
