iLok USB 2 Not Showing In Local

Ive downloaded all software, trying to activate licences off iLok USB 2. Power running to usb, but usb not showing in local on iLok licence manager. Any ideas on how to fix this?

What specific Mac do you have and doers it have USB3 ports? If it does that's the answer - they have been known to cause these types of issues. You need to get a powered USB2 hub and plug the iLok into that.
