PowerLogix G4/1.4GHz upgrade vs. others
Wondering if anyone has used or can recommend the Power Logix G4/1.4GHz upgrade.
I am trying to decide between Sonnet/ Giga/ PowerLogix upgrades for my system. Don't really know what makes one better than the others. I do want a 1.4GHz upgrade though. Can I install these easily? What's the deal with jumpers? Also, I am considering replacing my SCSI external hard drive (ATTO) with either a firewire external or an IDE. Any thoughts on differences here? My system does not work right now because of my slow processor speed, I need to make this decision fast soI can get up and running again. Thanks. G4/400 MHz going to upgrade Mac OS 10.2.6 Pro Tools LE 6.1.2 DIGI 001 dedicated external SCSI hard drive (ATTO card) |
