No Pace Support folder in Startup items
Hi there,
Being a junior PT user, I'm currently trying to get better at looking after my system properly, and read that you should have a DigidesignLoader and a PaceSupport folder in HD/Library/Startupitems on your Mac. I have checked my own computer and I actually don't have the PaceSupport folder. Can someone tell me what consequences this might have and fix it is this if the absence of this folder is problematic? Many thanks in advance! |

Re: No Pace Support folder in Startup items
You will only have this if you installed Pro Tools v10.3.10 or earlier. Apple has been discouraging the use of this folder for several OS releases. Apple wants everyone to use LaunchAgents instead of Startup Items.
