Default In need of a specific plug in

Well I just got a huge order to transfer some old tapes and vinyls to cd for a costumer. Most of them are no longer findable on the market which is why she's asking this.

The problem is that on most of the tape there a continuous white noise, although soft, I'd like to remove it not to mention the smalls pops and clics.

I remember back in the days on cool edit pro there was an utility to analyze a portion of the track and then you could filter out what was analyzed, but I'm not finding anything of the sort in PT.

Any one knows something that would do the trick?
