Got an iLok with no license card

I recently got the MBOX factory bundle. The additional plug-ins came with an iLok, but no license card. I tried registering online, but you're given a "challenge" to respond to, which appears to just be some random words -- so I don't know how to respond.

Any solutions out there?

Register your iLok at www.ilok.com and give the developer your iLok account name.. they'll deposit "assets" (now renamed "licenses") which you install to your iLok online.

The Mbox Factory iLok is pre-authorized with the software licenses. The only thing you need to do is:

1 - Install the PACE InterLok Drivers: http://www.paceap.com/dldrvr.html
2 - Insert the iLok in a USB port
3 - install the plug-ins

When you launch Pro Tools, your license on the iLok should be recognized automatically. But if you get the authorization screen, choose Authorize, then check the box for "Use License Card". Then it should recognize the pre-authorized iLok. Challenge response is not available, that is old code in the installers.

You do not have to register at iLok.com unless you need to later move assets from there to your iLok, or from your iLok to another iLok.

The Mbox Factory iLok should be clearly marked with a blue sticker that says Mbox Factory on it.
