Default new Sony inflator plug-in?

hi there,
someone has tried this new plug from sony?
it should be a sort of maximizer to be used to increase loudness of the mix or master....
there's a demo on the sony site.

What's up with the clipping?
If tried placing the L2 after the inflator and set the max output to -0.3 and still the master fader clips.....Even so at -6dB what's up with that?

The L2 and Inflator are different things... I've been using the Inflator much more. Has more detail.. and dials-in in warmth (harmonic distortion like a HEDD or Fatso)...

I know they are different!!

But if you place the L2 after the inflator. The sound should not be able to extend beyond the L2's brick wall.
I am just trying to figure out (theoretically) what is going one with this clipping.

If the L2 and inflator are on a master fader,
the fader is BEFORE them and so is the clipping you see. Plugs on master are post
fader

JGuth is right. The plugins are post fader.

Put a spectra foo meter on the output so you can see whats really on the bus.
