Default About to Plunge

So I've upgraded my Mac Pro to 7 GB of memory from 1 lonely GB, upgraded to Snow Leopard 10.6.3 from Tiger and upgraded my iLok software. Everything seems happy so far.

Three questions:

1) Is 10.6.3 ok for PT 9 or should I go for an update to 6.4?

2) I made all the tweaks to my mac back in the day that were recommended to do with LE. Other than stopping auto software updates are there other things that need to be done for PT9? I haven't seen anything in what i've read.

3) Do I download the new driver for my 003 before PT9 or after? I believe those are the last two things I need to do.

thanks.

I finally got my hands on the "installing PT9" software PDF when I purchased it. It says to load the hardware drivers first. From the PDF

"Before installing Pro Tools software, ensure that you have installed your audio hardware and that you have installed the latest drivers for your hardware."

For those who would like to read the PT9 docs before purchasing, everything is here:
