Support Plan but no sign of PT10HD License
Has anyone successfully purchased a support plan and been able to get their "free" upgrade from PT9 to PT10?
I got 5 support plans early last week, still nothing in my ilok or Avid account. |

Did you try emailing Avid directly or the vender/dealer you bough the Support plan from?

In my understanding, each HD system requires the Avid Standard Support Plan, and the only first one is $599, and others are 60%, correct ?

Sorry for the delay. The Dealer Announcement that was sent out states it could take 7-10 days to process, though that info is not being passed on consistently.
We'll check in with CS Admin... |
