Freeze during playback

Lots of times when I open a session and try to play it nothing happens. If I close the session, reopen it and try again it works. I suppose it's a minor problem considering I've figured out the "try it twice" solution but has anyone else run into this and corrected it?

-If the original session file has problems opening, or won’t play, search for and delete any Pro Tools session that has been created with the same name but appended with either a .rsr or .pt5 suffix.

Hey digitech, it's not a problem with opening the session , the session opens fine in my case , it just stops , it's frozen until the session is closed and reopened, once opened , for the second time , it works fine. please help us with this problem if anybody out thier knows something
