Default Eleven Rack white noise issue

I just picked up an eleven rack recently. I hooked it up to my old event ps 5's with the xlr mains (15ft) and played.. Really like the units sound, but the old white noise hiss is there. Unplugged from CPU, turned off monitors and unplugged from 11r.. Tried headphone jack and guit with a brand new monster cable, the "tape hiss" is still there. Unplugged guitar, bypassed all amps fx etc, still hissy, changed internal clock to 48, tried main volume 10 everything else, amp out, amp level at lowest setting. Still there. Tried my VRM unit thru the CPU with headphones to make sure I'm not just imagining the noise.. Headphone out in eleven rack is just noisy... Don't think I have a faulty unit judging by prev posts.. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Wait... No input, no amps, no FX... and you're still hearing hiss...? On all outputs...?

Something's not right.

Is this with or without a USB connection? Proximity to computer or monitor...?

This is with and without USB connected both with CPU on and off. Last night I tried to do gain staging again and tried connecting monitors via TRS 1/4". Then I lowered the gain on the powered ps 5's to the minimum level. Hiss on monitors were greatly reduced. I also changed the volume knob to affect levels on everything instead of just main out. I may have been really tired but I think hiss was reduced a bit on headphone out as well. I'm going to try the main xlr outs again tonight to check again.

Also the 11r is on a different pwr outlet thru a juice goose. 11 is about 2 ft away from CPU and monitor is 3 ft further then that(LCD)..

Ill keep everyone posted. Thanks for responding!

Got it sorted. Was sitting too close to the monitors, also xlr ins on the monitors were doing something weird, so I bought some xlr to 1/4" balanced cables and that seemed to do the trick:)
